Do I need prior experience to join?

No. We welcome beginners to advanced levels. Our coaches will guide you based on your level.

Comfortable workout attire, water bottle, hand wraps, and gloves (if you have them).

Basic equipment is available. However, we encourage members to have their own gloves and hand wraps for hygiene.

Yes. All sessions are structured and supervised by qualified coaches to ensure safety.

No. Kids are required to join the Kickboxing (Kids) program unless advised otherwise by the coach.

12 years old. Above that are considered adult.

No. Sparring is optional and only for members who are ready and approved by the coach.

Yes. Personal training sessions are available and fully customized based on your goals.

We recommend 3 – 5 sessions per week depending on your fitness level and goals.

No. we wont force you to enter any competition unless you volunteered to participate it yourself and have at least 8 – 12 weeks of training camp. Also, based on your performance.
